TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
I am very invested in the student success, and I am very committed to the quality of teaching. I am always looking for innovations in teaching and for ways to make course content more accommodating and engaging. I use various databases, software and other experiential tools extensively in my teaching. I now strive to leverage the recent two-year experience in online teaching to enhance the in-person course design through the use of technology and well-structured, diverse course materials. My approach to teaching always prioritizes the students and their variety of learning styles and I constantly improve my instruction based on the feedback and student outcomes.
